New to AI? You're in the right place. No jargon, no prerequisites — just honest notes from someone figuring it out too.

What is AI, really?

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a broad term for computer systems that can perform tasks we usually think require human intelligence — like understanding language, recognizing images, or making predictions. You don't need a computer science degree to understand or use it. Many AI tools today are designed for everyday people.

Can someone non-technical learn AI?

Absolutely. You don't need to write code to use AI tools. Many are as simple as typing a question into a chat box. This site is proof — I'm a nurse, not an engineer. I'm learning as I go, and I share what I find in plain language.
